I understand workshop admission is a non-refundable purchase. I also understand that this event may be webcast live / filmed for valuable consideration. I give Deborah King Center permission to use my voice, statements, likeness, and images generated at this event for any purpose including publicity, advertising and sales and to sell, distribute or otherwise profit from the use of my voice, statements, likeness and images.
