Advanced Uncording Technique

If you've ever been abused—physically, emotionally or sexually—threatened with physical violence, harassed or stalked, or been under any kind of psychic attack, this is the process for you. It doesn't matter if the situation was many, many years ago or is still ongoing today.

Before you start, please make sure you are well rested. Sit in a chair with your eyes open, knees apart and feet flat on the ground. 

Here are the 7 steps:

  1. Invoke, silently or out loud, your higher self and any spiritual masters, angels, or other beings that you would like to have assist you. Focus on your breath, charging your spinal column/central channel until you connect with unbending intent to retrieve the energy you send out to others and send back any energy that is not yours.
  2. Choose a person, alive or dead, who was controlling or negative or threatening or violent, and place this person's face up near the ceiling, off to your left, not directly in front of you. It's OK if you can't picture them clearly. Visualize strands of light that extend from the center of your body up toward the person near the ceiling.
  3. Extend both arms and hands up toward the person. Do not bring the person down toward you. Charge your spine with your breath, and gather the strands of light (that's your energy) in your hands.
  4. Keeping a firm grip, use a shaman in-breath (a fierce in-breath through the nose) to bring your filaments of light back to you. Allow your hands to move back toward your body as you take as many breaths as necessary to retrieve your strands.
  5. When you have completely brought the strands back to you, immediately shift your focus and your arms and hands to your right and expel a loud and fierce out-breath through the mouth. Use as many breaths as necessary to send back any filaments that are not yours. Don't look at where the energies are going; stay focused with unbending intent and blow them back until you feel clear. This may take 2 to even 6 fierce out-breaths.
  6. Come to rest in the center, allowing energy from the recovered filaments to integrate into your field and body. More than one pass may be necessary, perhaps even as many as 7. When you know your process is complete or you feel tired, go to step 7.
  7. To disconnect, do 3 back and forth motions with your head but with no breath. Then, let your head come to rest in the center. This crucial step disconnects you from the person.

Most people can handle 5 to 7 "passes" comfortably in one sitting; however, do more or less as feels right to you. Continue this process on a daily basis until you perceive there are no more filaments extending from you. Drink plenty of pure water and take clearing baths on the days you practice this intense process.
