Stress

Life is full of stress. That’s no surprise to the millions of us who race to work, race home to take care of families, struggle to pay bills and mortgages, and worry about rising energy and commodity prices, the state of the economy, and the state of the world. Many of us are in a perpetual state of emotional stress, anxiety, and worry, and the impact reaches beyond harried rushing around and short tempers. Chronic stress affects our health as well as our emotional and spiritual well-being.

In today’s fast paced society, it seems impossible to completely get away from stress. Often called America’s #1 health problem, unrelenting stress is considered to be more dangerous than ever. Learning how to reduce your level of emotional stress may be one of the most important factors in reclaiming your health and boosting your happiness. I work with stressed-out individuals in my Truth Heals live events, showing them how emotional stress has affected their lives and what can be done to reduce the stresses they often don’t even realize are burdening them. There are some very simple things that cost nothing that can be done to dramatically reduce your emotional stress level and I’ll address them a little later on in this article.
