It is estimated that 80,700,000 Americans have some form of heart disease. More than 36 percent of deaths are due to cardiovascular disease, and coronary heart disease is the leading cause of death in the United States. To what can we attribute these sobering numbers? Diet, lack of exercise, smoking, stressful jobs, and busy lives are all factors. But are the vast numbers of people suffering from heart disease symptomatic of something else?
Have we neglected the “seat of our soul” to the point where it is physically telling us something is wrong not only with our bodies, but also with our minds and spirits? When our minds experience discord, our bodies follow. Going through heartache can literally make our hearts ache.
While a diagnosis of heart disease means changes are needed in your physical life, it also means that you need to make changes in your spiritual life. What is your heart telling you?
Some of the most dramatic changes I’ve seen with energy healing are in the area of heart disease. When you reverse a blockage in the cardiovascular system, the change is immediate, unlike the sometimes slower healing process for cancer or diabetes. When a blockage in an arterial artery is cleared, the blood flow changes right away. The cheeks pink up immediately. So take heart—energy medicine can work wonders!
