Thank you Deborah for the blog and the show on this topic (and for all of your work)! I have been eating some of these foods and added a magnesium supplement again. I stopped taking the supplement earlier this year and all of the symptoms you mentioned increased, but I had not realized this might be part of the cause. I am feeling somewhat better, getting a bit more accomplished, some increase in energy, my mood is a bit better and the anxiety is reducing - I have been able to leave the house more often. The quality of my sleep has improved (hoping the noises of the apt building settling will decrease so I stay in REM sleep more and am not so stressed and always on edge because of them. My cholesterol levels even increased, due to the stress since the noises started). Starting from where I was, this is significant improvement and I feel hopeful that my quality of life will continue to improve. Thank you Deborah, for your work and all you do.
